Description
In this work the methods (gravimetric and spectrophotometric) which have been used in french and Algerian phosphate laboratories for determining the phosphorus concentration in phosphate rocks, were investigated. Some changes were done on producer to be applicable for determining phosphorus in phosphoric acid. Although the effect of uranium extraction on phosphorus concentration in Syrian commercial phosphoric acid was studied, the best analytical stoichiometric of phosphovanadomolybdate complex was studied by spectrophotometric method.
