Effect of the 18-crown-6 and benzo-18-crown-6 on the solvent extraction and separation of lanthanoid(III) ions with 8-hydroxyquinoline

Description
The synergistic solvent extraction of 13 lanthanoids with mixtures of 8-hydroxyquinoline (HQ) and the crown ethers, 18-crown-6 and benzo-18-crown-6 (S) in 1,2-dichloroethane has been studied. The composition of the extracted species was determined as LnQ3·S. The values of the equilibrium constant and separation factor were calculated. The effect of the synergistic agent on the extraction process has been discussed

Изучена синергетическая экстракция 13 лантаноидов смесью 8-гидроксихинолина (HQ) и краун-эфиров (18-краун-6, бензо-18-краун-6) (S) в 1,2-дихлорэтане. Состав комплексов определен как LnQ3·S.
