The method of reagent obtaining for the preparing of diagnostic means

The method of obtaining of reagent for the preparing diagnostic means allowing to improve the quality and increase validity of reagent was worked out on the base of which radiopharmaceuticals labelled by technetium 99 is obtained. The method includes mixing in inert atmosphere of tin chloride solution (II) with sodium chloride solution of dimerkaptoamber acid, packaging of reagent into the bottles in inert atmosphere in the conditions of deep freezing, lyofilization at 10-1 - 5·10-1 mm pressure, filling of bottles with reagent by inert gas and sterilization.
