Description
An implantation Mo 15Nx target is applied for studying 15N(p, α)12C reaction in sub-coulomb barrier energy region. The differential cross section and excitation function of 15N(p,α)12C reaction are measured in the energy region between 163 keV and 370 keV at θlab=90 degree. The excitation curve grows rapidly from low energy and decreases slowly after the maximum. The maximum of the differential cross section is about 7.15 x 10-27 cm2·sr-1 at Ec = 335 keV
