Classical and quantum integrability of Hamiltonians without scattering states

Description

The sufficient condition of the integrability of quantum Hamiltonian is obtained. It is proved that quantum Hamiltonian is always integrable as soon as there are no scattering states. The comparison of general properties of classical and quantum integrable systems is carried out. The statistical distribution of energies of Hamiltonians without scattering states is investigated on the Berry-Tabor hypothesis

Получено достаточное условие интегрируемости квантового гамильтониана: он всегда интегрируем, коль скоро в нем нет состояний рассеяния. Произведено сравнение общих свойств классических и квантовых интегрируемых систем. Исследовано статистическое распределение энергий гамильтонианов без рассеяния с использованием гипотезы Берри-Табора
