Boriding and borochromizing in vibration fluidized bed

Description
The processes of boriding and borochromizing in a vibration fluidized bed are studied for heat resistant and stainless steels. The application of a vibration fluidized bed is shown to permit significant intensification of chemical heat treatments. Aimed to gain high wear resistance of the surface and heat resistance of the matrix an investigation of boriding and borochromizing is made using high alloy martensitic (20Kh13, 55Kh14MF) and maraging (03Kh13N8M2T) steels

Рассмотрен процесс борирования и борохромирования тепло- и коррозионно-стойких сталей в виброкипящем слое. Показано, что применение виброкипящего слоя позволяет значительно интенсифицировать процессы химико-термической обработки. Проведено исследование борирования и борохромирования высоколигированных мартенситных (20Х13, 55Х14МФ) и мартенситно-стареющих (03Х13Н8М2Т) сталей с целью получения высокой износостойкости поверхности и теплостойкой матрицыAdditional details
