Description
Full text: The original discovery by Bednorz and Muller of high-temperature superconductivity in the layered copper oxides has opened new perspectives in the condensed matter physics. In this work it was studied the temperature dependence of the hopping drift mobility of polarons along the c-axis in layered cuprate superconductors. it was demonstrated that the hopping drift mobility of polarons along the c-axis in the layered cuprates can be interpreted as a thermal dissociation of a localized bipolaron into two separate polarons and a subsequent thermally activated hopping of polarons residing in the localized state between the CuO2 layers
