Synthesis of deuterated allylamines in specific position

Description
The allylamines CH 2 = CH ‐ CD 2 NH 2, = CD ‐ CH 2 NH 2, CH 2 = CD ‐ CD 2 NH 2, were prepared by reduction with AlLiH 4 (or D 4) of anthracene adducts of acrylonitriles CH 2 = CH ‐ CN and CH 2 = CD ‐ CN. For the allylamines CD 2 = CH ‐ CH 2 NH 2 and CD 2 = CH ‐ CD 2 NH 2, two methods are described: reduction of either the anthracene-acrylonitrile adduct CD 2 = CH ‐ CN or the anthracene-acrylamide adduct CD 2 = CH ‐ CONH 2. The allylamines recovered by decomposition of their anthracene adducts were purified by vapor phase chromatography and their purity was checked by N.M.R.

Les allylamines CH 2 = CH ‐ CD 2 NH 2 , = CD ‐ CH 2 NH 2 , CH 2 = CD ‐ CD 2 NH 2 , ont été préparées par réduction par AlLiH 4 (ou D 4 ), des adduits anthracéniques des acrylonitiles CH 2 = CH ‐ CN et CH 2 = CD ‐ CN. Pour les allylamines CD 2 = CH ‐ CH 2 NH 2 et CD 2 = CH ‐ CD 2 NH 2 , deux méthodes sont décrites: réduction soit de l'adduit anthracè;ne‐acrylonitrile CD 2 = CH‐CN, soit de l'aduit anthracène‐acrylamide CD 2 = CH ‐ CONH 2 . Les allylamines récupérées par décomposition de leurs adduits anthracéniques ont été purifiées par chromatographie en phase vapeur et leur pureté contrôlée par R.M.N.Additional details
