Interband coupling and enhanced Tsub(c) in the tungsten bronzes

Description
Examining the possibility that the enhancement of Tsub(c) in the tungsten bronzes arises from interband coupling, it is found that a single density of states provides reasonable quantitative agreement with the Tsub(c) enhancement, the heat capacity and the magnetic susceptibility. (author)
