Powders of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide produced by different methods, such as plasmochemical synthesis, simultaneous precipitation of salts or hydroxides, solid-phase synthesis, are studied for dependence of their fine crystalline structure parameters, phase composition and particle size on the method of their production
