Description
The frequency dispersion of the dielectric parameters of the blood plasma of rats protected with adeturone (S-2-aminoethyl-isothiuronium bromide hydrobromide adenosine trophcsphate) and X-irradiated with doses of 200 R, 400 R and 600 R in the ;pectral interval 0,6 MHz - 3,5 MHz was studied. Electric conduction and plasma dielectric onstant were measured by means of alternate current admittance measurer type SWM-2 on the first, third and tenth day after cesation of irradiation. The results of this study on the effect of ionizing radiation on the dielectric parameters of blood plasma of irradiated rats are analyzed and the possible mechanism of action of adeturone discussed.
