Magneto-optical spectroscopy on permalloy wires in 0th and 1st diffraction orders
Description
The optical and magneto-optical spectroscopy has been used for experimental studies of Ni81Fe19 nanowires. The measured spectra of 0th and 1st reflected diffraction orders in polar Kerr configuration were compared with numerical computations of two different theoretical approaches, the Fourier modal method and the local modes method
