On the macroscopic limit of nuclear friction coefficient
Description
The surface vibrations in nuclear Fermi liquid are studied within a phase space approach which is based on the Landau-Vlasov kinetic equation. The linear response theory is used. We focus on the damping of low frequency surface vibrations and discuss their friction coefficient. (author). 13 refs
