Information and knowledge management: share a common goal

Information, on its own meaning has many perspectives on people perception. It can be considered as knowledge in the form of facts. Knowledge is not a simple stock of information. It is tacit, highly structured within the human brain and explicit, can be transferred and shared by processes like education, training, procedures, norm and documentation. This paper presents the activities carried out by Information Management Division in facilitating the knowledge management in Nuclear Malaysia. (Author)
