Description

Distribution of Cs 137 on 'grain-size' fractions in soil profiles is researched in the contaminated regions of Belarus. The influence of types of soil on distribution of the sorbed isotope in the soil profiles is shown. According to the obtained data the greatest amount is on a fraction < 0,01 mm. The sorption of the isotope on large particles reduces in accumulation in upper horizons of soil
