Rearrangement of defects in zinc oxide thin films
Description
The authors discuss data on the nature of changes in the optical and electrophysical properties of ZnO after being irradiated. The authors conclude that technological defects exist in the ZnO films studied. As a result of gamma-irradiation, defects are rearranged, in particular the charge state of oxygen vacancies changes and shorter-wavelength color centers are formed or technological defects are healed. The absorption spectra of ZnO thin films after heat treatment, after gamma-irradiation, and also the spectrum of additional absorption of unirradiated ZnO are presented
