Description
These Orders were confirmed in implementation of the Decree of 2 October 1986 which repealed and replaced the Decree of 15 March 1967 on protection of workers against radiation hazards. They respectively concern control methods established by the Central Service for Protection against Ionizing Radiation; conditions of use of personal dosimeters; regular controls of sealed sources, radiation-emitting apparatus and their protection devices; conditions for approving agencies authorized to monitor workers; recommendations for physicians responsible for medical surveillance of workers

Ces Arretes ont ete confirmes en application du Decret du 2 octobre 1986 qui abroge et remplace le Decret du 15 mars 1967 relatif a la protection des travailleurs contre le danger des rayonnements ionisants. Ils concernent respectivement les methodes de controle etablies par le Service central de protection contre les rayonnments ionisants; les conditions d'utilisation des dosimetres individuels; la periodicite des controles des sources scellees, des appareils generateurs de rayonnements et de leurs dispositifs de protection; les conditions d'agrement des organismes habilites a proceder aux controles de radioprotection des travailleurs; des recommandations aux medecins charges de la surveilance des travailleursFiles
