Investigation of elements extraction by dipyrazolonylmethanes from nitrate solutions

Description
Extraction of macro and microamounts of elements (Cd, Be, In, Sc, Ag, Cu, Hg, etc.) from nitrate solutions by dipyrazolonylmethanes was studied. Extraction of mercury, silver and copper proceeds by cation mechanism. In the range of 0.01-6 mol/l HNO3 impurity elements (Cd, Be, In, Sc) are not extracted by chloroform or dichloroethane solutions of dipyrazolonyloctane and dipyrazolonylheptane. On the basis of extractional isolation of the matrix a chemical atomic-emission method of impurity elements determination in pure silver, mercury and copper was developed. Reproducibility of results provided by the developed atomic-emission determination of impurities was evaluated and detection limits were calculated
