On the design of the interference low angular displacement measurer

Description
The authors discuss ways of designing an interference controller of small-angle displacements. An actual interferometer has been shown to be able to attain a relative error range of 10-8 - 10-10. Requirements are determined for the radiation source, the optomechanical unit, the photovoltaic converter and the counter. The paper cites the principal calculated ratios and optical circuits for interferometers suitable for measuring small-angle displacements. Microminiaturization of photovoltaic converters is shown to be feasible on the basis of modern integrated circuits
