Effect of weak links on the scaling behaviour of I-V curves in a melt-textured YBa2Cu3O7-y system

Description
The scaling behaviour of I-V characteristics has been studied in melt-textured YBa2Cu3O7-y samples with and without weak links, at different temperatures and magnetic fields. The I-V curves are found to obey the scaling behaviour of the vortex-glass transition, but the transition temperature and the scaling exponent are different for these two kinds of samples. The results have been explained with vortex-glass transition in intergranular and intragranular regions. ((orig.))
