Photochemical properties of heterogeneous films of cadmium halogenide-copper(1) halogenide systems

Description
The effect of the nature of galogenides and their ratio on photochemical properties of films of the CdX2+CuX mixture, is considered. It is shown that heterophase films of the CdX2-CuX(X-Cl, Br) systems possess photochromium properties. Spectral sensitivity of films of diffepent compositions is determined. The maximum value of photoinduced optical density is achieved on films of eqUimolecular compositions
