Operating experience of the test plants for coal gasification with nuclear process heat

Description
Preliminary results on steam gasification and hydrogasification of brown coal with nuclear process heat are obtained by a detailed evaluation, e.g. of the interrelation of the degree of coal gasification, the degree of C gasification, and the formation of gaseous hydrocarbons (mainly CH4 and C2H6). A general model evaluation yields results on the dependence of C gasification on the three main process parameters gasification pressure, gasification temperature and time of residue of solid particles. Erste wesentliche Erkenntnisse wurden durch die Waserdampfvergasung und hydrierende Vergasung von Braunkohle mit nuklearer Prozesswaerme ueber eine detaillierte Auswertung der Versuchsergebnisse gewonnen: z.B. Zusammenhang zwischen Kohlevergasungsgrad, C-Vergasungsgrad und Bildungsgrad gasfoermiger Kohlenwasserstoffe (im wesentl. CH4 und C2H6). Mit einer umfassenden Modellbetrachtung laesst sich die aus dem Betrieb ermittelte Abhaengigkeit des C-Vergasungsgrades von den drei wichtigsten Prozessparametern Vergasungsdruck, Vergasungstemperatur und Feststoffverweilzeit ermitteln.
