The match of a high accelerator and of nuclear power: a wedlock against nature or a realistic, ''cleaner'' energy source?

Creators

Description

Energy consumption will rise as a result of the increase of world population. All sources of energy will have to contribute and the nuclear energy should play an important role. In this framework the destruction and management of nuclear wastes will be a challenge. Some project concerning this goal are presented and discussed
