Description
Following an overview of the development of prospecting for uranium in the Federal Republic of Germany in the last 40 years, the paper informs on recent results of prospecting activities. Supposing an output capacity of some 400 tonnes annually to be attained by the beginning or middle of the 90s, some 10-15 per cent of home demand could be supplied from national sources. On a purely calculating basis, that share could be maintained over a period of 15 years. (UA)

Nach einem Ueberblick ueber die Entwicklung der Uranprospektion in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in den letzten 40 Jahren wird ueber neue Ergebnisse von Suchaktionen berichtet. Unterstellt man eine Anfang bis Mitte der 90er Jahre erreichbare Produktionskapazitaet von ca. 400 jato, koennten etwa 10-15% des deutschen Bedarfs aus heimischen Quellen gedeckt werden. Rein rechnerisch koennte dieser Anteil ueber einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahren aufrechterhalten bleiben. (UA)Additional details
