Description
Kinetics of superconducting phase formation in Bi2Sr2CaCu2-xMnxOy (x = 0-0.9) system is investigated. It is established, that region of 2212 type structure phase existence is from X = 0.2 at 700 deg to x = 0.3 at 800 deg. Solid solutions with 2201 type structure are synthesized in range of 0.5-0.9 (x). Structural parameters of solid solutions are determined. Study of dependence of nonstationary effects in micro-wave absorption on composition, structural parameters, superconducting properties of poly- and monocrystalline samples is conducted
