Description
The current paper introduces a reliable safety system based on control rods in addition to the online feed system reactivity control in the Single-fluid Double-zone Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor (SD-TMSR). Analysis results have showed that the proposed placement of the control rods will make it possible to compensate for excess reactivity during fuel burnout and emergency shutdown of the reactor

Данная работа представляет надежную систему безопасности, основанную на управляющих стержнях, в дополнение к непрерывному контролю реактивности системой подачи топлива в реакторе SD-TMSR (Single-fluid Double-zone Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor). Результаты анализа показали, что предложенное размещение управляющих стержней позволит компенсировать избыточную реактивность при выгорании топлива и аварийном отключении реактораAdditional details
