Lessons learnt from past accidents, near misses at NFC

This paper briefly describes various incidents like injury due to fall of false ceiling sheet, fall of a worker in man hole, hit by ROBO arm to the operator, steam burn while dechoking of a drain line of a feed storage tank etc., recently occurred at NFC covering brief description of the incident, root cause, review of the existing controls, and lessons learnt from the accidents.
