Research of thin structure of special carbides of Nb and V in the microalloyed constructional steel

Description

Precipitates of special carbides of Nb and V in a steel 10G2FB made on controlled rolling technology, are analysed. With the help of high-resolution electron microscopy the chemical composition of difficult special carbides, their morphology, the sizes and location are defined.
