Recent results from the UA5 experiment - Part 1
Description
Multiplicity and pseudorapidity distributions based on new data on p-barp-interactions at cms energies of 200 and 900 GeV are presented and compared to existing data. Negative binomial distributions have been fitted to the obtained multiplicity distributions, both in limited regions of pseudorapidity and in full phase space. A new scaling property of the central pseudorapidity density has been found
