Automated gamma ray scanning system for waste drum assay
Description
A system developed for the rapid and accurate assay of low-to-medium-density waste material contained in 5- to 55-gallon drums is described. The system uses the transmission corrected sigmented gamma-ray scanning technique. An overall description of the system and its capabilities are presented
