Cultivation of crystals KDP with the impurity of the pine forest
Description
Full text: For cultivation of monocrystals KDP, activated the pine forest, reactants KH2PO4 and H3BO3 had been used by us. For reception of pure initial substances, the above-named reactants have been subjected double crystallization. Calculations have been made so that in samples of a parity of components PO:B has made 100:1, 50:1,10:1. 1:1, 1:10, 1:50, 1:100, and also samples pure KH2PO4 and H3BO3. The technique of cultivation of monocrystals has been applied by preparation of the sated water solution with the subsequent evaporation of solvent at room temperature. Duration of process has made 28-31 days. The received crystals for full removal of the rests of water have been subjected to isothermal keeping at 70 deg C within 10 hours. Appearance of the received monocrystals with the small maintenance of a pine forest is shown. Visual supervision of the received products show, that crystals KH2PO, and also containing insignificant additives of a pine forest, have more a putrefactive aspect, and, in process of his increase, at parities: B 1:10, 1:50, 1:100 look like needle and lamellar crystals. Probably the significant maintenance of a pine forest renders essential influence on process of growth practically all sides of a crystal
