60Co γ-ray irradiation effects on the photoluminescence of ZnSe

Description
Two kinds of ZnSe crystals, one of which was grown from Se solution and the other was heat-treated in molten zinc, were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays and the photoluminescence (PL) spectra at 4.2 K were examined as a function of the dosage. (Auth.)
