Calculation of the neutron sources in the spent nuclear fuel from WWER-1000

Description
The radiation characteristics including neutron and gamma sources of the spent nuclear fuel from WWER-1000 play a key role in the design activities for radioactive waste transportation systems and interim storage facilities. The purpose of this paper is to present a part of the calculation results obtained by using SCALE modular code system. (author)
