Requirements to be met by the operating instruction manual. KTA nuclear safety code. Version 6/98
Description
The KTA safety code defines the specific requirements to be observed in designing an operating instruction manual, i.e. its formal design and the table of contents. The corresponding requirements for an instruction manual for inspections are laid down in the safety code KTA 1202. The document in hand, KTA 1201, does not encompass requirements for the design and table of contents of the instruction manual for accident management, but states the need for establishing a textual interface providing for seamless links to the accident management instructions (please see also 'RSK Recommendations for accident management'). Aufgabe dieser Regel ist es, Festlegungen zu Inhalt und Gestaltung des Betriebshandbuchs zu treffen. Festlegungen zum Pruefhandbuch sind in KTA 1202 'Anforderungen an das Pruefhandbuch' getroffen. Festlegungen zu Inhalt und Gestaltung des Notfallhandbuchs fuer den 'Anlageninternen Notfallschutz' werden in dieser Regel nicht getroffen, jedoch ist der Uebergang ins Notfallhandbuch im Betriebshandbuch zu regeln (siehe auch 'RSK-Empfehlungen zu Notfallschutzmassnahmen').
