Ceramics on the base of fused quartz and modifying phase - strontium titanate
Description
By the method of hot pressing on the base of quartz glass and modifying phase - strontium titanate - ceramics is obtained. The permittivity of this ceramics two times exceeds epsilon of strongly sintered quartz ceramics. The indexes of the coefficient of thermal expansion, mechanical strength and delta satisfy the material operation requirements. For establishing the possibility of chemical interaction between the quartz glass and strontium titanate thermodynamic calculations by the reactions of formation of three known strontium silicates are performed
