Description
In 210 cases of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP), Peritrast 400 comp was used as contrast medium. The good tolerence and low rate of complication associated with this preparation despite the higher contrast medium concentration were remarkable. On the whole, only one severe complication was observed, namely, an abscessforming pancreatitis. This could be controlled by conservative treatment. (orig.)

Bei 210 ERCP wurde als Kontrastmittel Peritrast 400 comp verwendet. Die gute Vertraeglichkeit und niedrige Komplikationsrate trotz der hoeheren KM-Konzentration (73%) war bemerkenswert. Insgesamt wurde nur eine schwere Komplikation - eine abszedierende Pankreatitis - beobachtet. Diese konnte konservativ beherrscht werden. (orig.)Additional details
