Measurement areas contains environment destruction, economic damage, social change and life damage. Each measurement field has three measurement indices. Environment destruction field has indices of global warming, soil pollution, ecosystem destruction. Economic damage field has social change has indices of oil price increase, resources depletion, consumer price increase. Social change field has indices of international situation change, stable electricity production, social risk from terror on power system. Life damage field has indices of accident and death, hygiene damage, life inconvenience and hatred. Based on these measurement field and indices, this study made questionnaire and surveyed perception of citizens on social risk of various power systems. Questionnaire respondents were sampled from six different groups, including power system specialists, highschool students, university students, general citizen, professors and congressmen. The methodology used to analyze the difference in citizen's perception of various power systems was frequency analysis, cross-tab analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. AHP method was used to analyze power system specialists' perception on relative severance and priority among measurement fields and indices
