Description
We have investigated the dipole strengths from low-lying energy region to giant dipole resonance (GDR) energy region for the 233−239U isotopes in the framework of the Translational and Galilean Invariant-Quasiparticle Nuclear Model (TGI-QPNM) and the total E1 photo-absorption cross sections have been calculated for the nuclei of interest. In the present manuscript, we present the results for the E1 transition properties in the 233−239U isotopes and compare the theoretical values with available experimental data for the first time.
