  • 1. Physics Department, 201 Physics Building, Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York 13244-1130 (United States)

Description

A description is given of BTeV, a proposed program at the Fermilab collider sited at the C0 intersection region. The main goals are measurement of mixing, CP violation and rare decays in both the b and charm systems. The detector is a two-arm-forward spectrometer capable of triggering on detached vertices and dileptons, and possessing excellent particle identification, electron, photon and muon detection
