Comparative scale for thermal and nuclear heat-supply source efficiency
Creators
Description
Different factors used for estimation of thermal and nuclear heat supply source efficiency are considered. Efficiency of different methods of heat-supply is shown to be fully characterized by a heat-transfer coefficient or the inverse value -relative labour losses per a unit of heat production. The comparative scale of heat-supply efficiency produced by thermo-electric plants, NPPs, heat pumps and electric heating, which thermal efficiency differs 10 and more times is given. The conclusion is made that the scale suggested gives the possibility of comparing graphically heat efficiency of different methods of heat supply
