The influence of chloride-ions on anode behaviour of Al-+2.18% Fe alloy alloyed by strontium

Description

Present article is devoted to influence of chloride-ions on anode behaviour of Al-+2.18% Fe alloy alloyed by strontium. The electrochemical tests of samples were carried out under the potentiodynamic mode. It was defined that the strontium additives to 0.5 mass decrease the corrosion rate of initial alloy on 30-40% and the increasing of chloride-ions concentration increases the corrosion rate of alloys.
