Labeling of antibodies with 186Re through thiol groups using glutathione as reducing agent
Description
The paper describes the direct labeling of antibodies with 186Re. The disulphide bridges in the antibodies are reduced using glutathione (an antioxidant) and then treated with pre reduced Re. The labeling yields, non-specific labeling and immunoreactivity of the preparations are satisfactory. (author). 7 refs., 1 fig
