Description
Thermo- and photothermostimulated exoelectron (TSEE and PTSEE) emission with preliminary 1.5 keV electron radiation and without it on strips of iron- and cobalt-base amorphous alloys are studied at linear growth of temperature from 20 to 600 deg C at the rate of 0.3 Kxs-1. Correlation of spectra of the mentioned emission types with relaxation processes and crystallization in alloys is established; it can be used for estimation of structural state and defectiveness of surface layers and oxides associated with it. The PTSEE maximum at 120 deg C is shown to be most distinct for the Fe81Si7B12 alloy in the crystal state and it can be associated with high defectiveness of surface and adsorption processes in this state (presence of grain boundaries, dislocations and other defects not characteristics of amorphous state)
