Dynamics equations of valent nucleons are constructed within the freamework of a model generalizing the certain Elliot SU3 microscopic model. The shell translation-invariant oscillation model Hamiltonian, constructed on a complete base of states accessible to valent nucleons under condition that the full number of oscillator quanta in fixed, is moved to Bargman-Fock space
