Description
Dependence of properties of the YBa2Cu3O7-x-type superconducting ceramics (conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, density, fracture toughness, a thermal expansion coefficient) on sintering and annealing conditions for compacts. The largest quantity of a superconducting phase with Tc=50 K in samples is shown to be reached in oxygen annealing at 600 deg C. 11 refs.; 12 figs.; 3 tabs
