Complex formation of zinc and isoleucine in saline

Description
This article is devoted to complex formation of zinc and isoleucine in saline. It is shown that the interaction of isoleucine with zinc ion in an aqueous solution results in formation of coordination compounds containing a ligand in both the zwitterionic and cationic forms, as well as hydroxo complexes.
