Some physical properties of cotton fibers doped by iodine
- 1. National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent (Uzbekistan)
Description
The mechanical, electrical and photo electrical properties of various growth of cotton fibers (CF) are investigated. It is shown that electro conductivity of the growth Diyor doped by iodine (Diyor) increases exponentially with temperature increase and has the thermal ionization energy of Et = 0.35 eV. It is revealed that CF Diyor at T = 300 K has a sensitivity to UV light. The infrared quenching of photoconductivity is found out caused by a recharge of iodine deep level. (author)
