Methods and instruments for automatic measurement of betatron motion parameters for IHEP accelerator (the betatron coherent oscillation frequencies, increments of the transverse coherent beam instabilities, width of the coupling resonance) are described. Calculational formulas and the analysis of instrumental error values are given
