The third parties involved in auditing and reviewing Philadelphia Electric Company's nuclear plant operations are the following: 1) Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC); 2) Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO); 3) American Nuclear Insurers (ANI); 4) Management consultants Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC).
