Description
A tube-excited X-ray generator for XRF analysis is described. The major features of this generator are compact construction, high stability in both X-ray intensity and its energy spectrum, and X-ray emission with small area. At present, it has been used in a newly designed XYH-86 small-area coating-thickness gauge successfully
